CRA Group provides Development Management, Project Management and Property Development Advisory services to clients seeking to develop and add value to their property assets.

Founded in Sydney in 1999 and now based in Southport on the Gold Coast, CRA Group and director Chris Alston’s proven track record in delivering financially successful, sustainable projects whilst mitigating risk and exceeding client expectations is widely regarded.

CRA Group understands the property market and what drives success in developing projects. Our measured and analytical approach has been honed by preparing and analysing many feasibilities and project plans for local, interstate and international clients.

We only work with competent and proven professionals in their field to ensure that the advice we both receive and give is current, professional and can be relied upon by our clients.

The core principles of the control of time, cost and quality remain our primary objectives in order to pro-actively add value, mitigate risk and deliver maximum financial return for our clients.
